Campbell Construction is a licensed contractor that offers full-service Commercial General Contracting for all commercial properties and projects. It includes but is not limited to the following:

Project Budgeting & Estimating
Campbell Construction has extensive experience in budgeting and estimating, a critical component in determining the cost of construction. Clients continually rely on Campbell to budget projects prior to design. By doing this developers and owners are able to make sound and informed decisions for their construction needs. Campbell Construction is not interested in having the lowest budget, Campbell is interested in having the most accurate budget. Construction consulting can be very beneficial.

Since its inception, Campbell Construction has completed 26 projects for Bridgeman Foods, 12 projects for Geneva Management Services, 11 projects for Carroll College and numerous construction renovation projects for the downtown Milwaukee Hilton and Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Design Build Services
Campbell Construction has relationships with many architectural firms in the Milwaukee area and the Midwest. If a client is unsure of who to turn to for design, Campbell Construction can assist. With a good understanding of the project, Campbell will invite three to four architectural firms that fit the project to submit a design proposal. Campbell Construction then works with the client in selecting the proper design firm to team up with. Once the team is established, Campbell will work through constructability and feasibility, while always keeping an eye on the project budget. This is truly the best way to handle any project.
Development & Design / Build Lease Back Options
Campbell Construction has many relationships with real estate brokers, bankers, design professionals, and investors. It is very common for Campbell to be the connection point between individuals and professionals to pull a project together. Campbell can help with preliminary budgeting to verify the feasibility of a project from the concept stage. Campbell also offers design/build with a lease-back option.
