the Ladies!

Brooke Campbell-Price
- Chief Financial Officer
Culver’s Drive-Thru was my first job and with the addition of working in a Dance Studio, my schedule led me to Campbell Construction as a part-time employee. I have since worked my way up the ladder to my current position!
My most memorable moment thus far has to be hosting Battle for Bautch – a cancer fundraiser for a coworker who was battling cancer. Even though clients, contractors, and coworkers were meeting under poor circumstances, it was amazing to see everyone come together.
Hobbies: Really anything active that keeps me outside, but especially traveling.
A quote I live my life by: “Get…up and work! It seems like nobody wants to work these days. You have to surround yourself with people that want to work. Have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do because you have one life. No toxic work environments and show up and do the work” – Kim Kardashian

Courtney Rees
- Executive Assistant to the CEO
While my first job wasn’t in construction, I started by mulching for my parents’ landscaping company, which instilled in me a strong work ethic and a willingness to get my hands dirty. I discovered my passion for administration and human resources as I moved up the ladder working for a tanning salon.
My memorable moment was establishing a field operations team that specialized in developing educational programs for a tanning salon franchise. The positive impact and growth the program brought at each franchise location was remarkable.
Hobbies: Attending music festivals with my husband, coloring, painting, and caring for my 75+ houseplant collection.
The best advice I could give is to shoot for the stars until you get what you want and deserve. Don’t put yourself in a box – empower yourself to always go for what you want. The worst anyone can say is no.

Monica Martineau
- Chief Administrative Officer
I trained horses for the University of Findlay as my first job. Watching my parents build their estate and working with blueprints in an early interior design job ignited my passion for the construction industry.
My memorable moment was fundraising for the Dressage Horseback Riding program as a mascot at the University of Findlay. We were able to raise $10,000 in one weekend!
Hobbies: I enjoy paddleboarding in the summer, reading, and visiting museums.
As said in the words of Mahatma Gandhi, “Be the change that you want to see in the world.”

Raquel Lamb
- Chief Marketing Officer
Local flower and vegetable shop, Simon’s Gardens, was my first job. My family has a strong background in blue-collar jobs, so it seemed natural that I would eventually find my path into the construction industry.
One of my personal goals is to become a published author. So my most memorable moment was in 2023, when I completed a full edit of my first fiction novel.
Hobbies: I love reading, writing, embroidery, watching films, and spending time with my two cats.
Advice I live by: Pursue what you love. If your career doesn’t bring you joy, seek fulfillment in personal growth or through goals you set for yourself.

Amy McAdams
- Office Administrator
My first job was at a Custard Stand in East Troy. Born and Raised in this area, I was looking for something local and found Campbell Construction.
My Participation in a Relay for Life, a 24-hour cancer walk and campout is the most memorable moment in my career thus far.
Hobbies: I love hanging out with friends on the golf course or on the lake in our pontoon boat!
The best advice that I can give is to think about your career and how it will sustain your life. Make sure to pick one that keeps you engaged and financially sound so that you can take care of yourself without having to rely on others.

Brittani Foster
- Human Resources & Administration
My first job was as a Cashier at Culver’s. While I didn’t have connections to the construction industry, I was familiar with the company for years. I knew this position would be a great opportunity to advance my HR education and career.
Last year, Campbell Construction participated in Habitat for Humanity’s Women’s Build. As a part of this fulfilling volunteer work, we helped build homes for a community in Waukesha. That day is the most memorable moment in my careeer!
Hobbies: Creating memories with my friends and family is my top priority, followed by my love for reading and boating.
My advice to anyone & everyone: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” – Wayne Gretzky

Kelly Johnson
- Carpenter
Restaurant Server was my first job. Although construction wasn’t at the forefront of my life, I met a charismatic guy working on a nearby project. Taking a leap of faith, I joined him and began working side by side as a carpenter.
Every day, I have the privilege of working alongside my partner, collaborating on various jobs, and traveling across the country. We explore new cuisines and meet fascinating people along the way. This moment in my life is truly memorable.
Hobbies: Building on my memorable moment, I love sightseeing and shopping in new areas.
The advice I give to my kids and grandkids is to follow your dreams and do what makes you happy! If you want to get an education, do it. If you want to start a business, try it. Consider your job as your house, keep it clean and running smoothly and you’ll be happy. If you don’t like it anymore, get it redone.

Nina Stefaniak
- Project Coordinator
My first job was at McDonalds. For twenty-seven years, I dedicated my career to daycare. After working in such an active industry, I sought a job that kept me engaged with a little less physical demand.
Having worked with children for so long, I’ve had the joy of watching many grow and thrive into preteens and young adults. My most memorable moments are seeing their incredible growth.
Hobbies: There’s nothing quite like the thrill of uncovering a treasure while thrifting and enjoying the tunes of 80s, 90s, and Country music.
My advice is to go to college and earn a degree right after high school.

Terry LaRue
- Controller
My first job was at Schomberg Pizza and a Game Room in Muskego. After holding various jobs over the years, my husband and brother-in-law introduced me to the construction industry and Campbell Construction.
I can’t choose just one memorable moment. My life is shaped by the remarkable people I’ve met along the way. Whether through work or personal connections, I cherish the moments shared with each individual.
Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my granddaughter, vacationing with my daughter, fishing and hiking, but most of all my husband and I consider ourselves Supper Club Connoisseurs.
My biggest advice is to follow the path that works for you and fits into your life. Don’t try to fit into a younger mold if your life changes. Change with your life.
